Our experience of more than 30 years, together with our reliability, the constant search for quality and frequent investments have allowed the enterprise to have complete technical, technological and commercial proficiency, both at home and around the world, where we are very much appreciated.
Our enterprise is active in different industrial fields in which it is able to offer services concerning the whole production process, from the design to the “turn-key” machine commissioning. We also deal with the manufacturing of carbon steel and stainless steel structures, mechanical processes, blasting and painting, assembly and test of complex machines, including electrical/instrumental equipment in the fields of metallurgical, chemical, energy, wine and ecological industries.
On 25th July 1998, our enterprise was qualified by RINA as a quality assurance enterprise Uni En Iso 9001:2008 with certification no. 1291/98 for mechanical constructions.

Engineering / Design:
Fimeco’s engineering department is made up of a group of engineers, technicians and designers with a specific experience in different fields: a flexible team willing to cooperate with customers to meet any kind of need, thanks to the latest design instruments.
The Engineering department adopts more innovative and updated 3D modelling software technologies and white box testing.
In line with our innovation philosophy, our design personnel is also constantly improving.
This department has the following stations at its disposal:

Quality Policy
Quality is a key point for Fimeco’s philosophy, that is why a team has been created which deals with monitoring and checking every single phase and detail.
Also thanks to The GLOBAL Advantage coordinate measuring machine (CMM) and the three-dimensional machine Laser Track Leica T 402, Fimeco is one of the few Italian enterprises to perform checks on important mechanical processes requiring high accuracy and to produce the relative certifications.
Also, Fimeco s.r.l. has a measuring room useful for humidity and temperature checks.
Besides dimensional checks, also the following non-destructive tests are performed:
Magnetic particle test
Penetrating liquids test
Ultrasonic test
Radiographic test
The whole production phase is constantly monitored and checked, thus minimising the risk of faults.
